AI քեզ բան Edu Program by Lumiverse
Learning Experience Coordinator (LC)
We are not hiring someone to simply "assist with classes." We are handing someone the responsibility to own the learning experience — and to make every “AI քեզ բան” session feel warm, seamless, useful, and worth coming back to, whether there are hundreds or thousands of learners in the room.
Who We Are
Lumiverse (formerly reArmenia Academy) exists to transform education. Our near-term mission is bold and specific: one million AI-literate Armenians within 5 years, and Armenia as a global exporter of knowledge and education transformation.
“AI քեզ բան” is our flagship online learning program and community: people who never stop learning, who share knowledge openly, and who help each other achieve far more than they could alone.
We are learner-first, from the very core. We serve our learners and teachers. When something goes wrong, we assume it is on us, and we fix it fast — always protecting the quality of the learning experience.
The Role in One Line
You own the end-to-end experience of every “AI քեզ բան” online class. You make sure hundreds, and eventually thousands, of participants can learn smoothly, feel supported, and stay engaged, while teachers are free to focus on teaching at their best.
You will work as part of a hybrid team of humans and AI agents, collaborating closely to deliver the best possible experience for every learner and teacher at scale.
This role has four core directions:
1. Live Class Hosting 🎙️
Hosting every class is a major part of this role. You will be the warm, confident, and professional face of the “AI քեզ բան” learning experience.
You will:
- Welcome participants and set the tone for the session.
- Introduce teachers clearly and warmly.
- Explain the format, agenda, learning tools, and practical details.
- Facilitate questions and answers and make sure important questions are surfaced.
- Guide breaks, transitions, polls, exercises, and interactive moments.
- Read the energy of the room and actively keep the class engaging.
- Communicate clearly, naturally, and immediately — never sounding scripted or distant.
- Close each session with clear next steps, assignments, resources, and expectations.
The standard: every class should feel human, energetic, well-paced, and professionally hosted — even at massive scale.
2. End-to-End Learning Experience 💛
You own what learners experience before, during, and after every online class.
- Prepare Zoom or other learning platforms, links, recordings, materials, slides, forms, polls, assignments, and learner communication.
- Make sure every technical detail is tested and ready before the class begins.
- Support participants with access, audio, video, platform, account, assignment, and other technical issues.
- Answer every learner question with care, speed, and clarity — or make sure it reaches the right person and receives a proper answer.
- Follow up on homework and exercises with timely, accurate, and helpful reactions, feedback, and responses.
- Share recordings, materials, assignments, deadlines, and follow-up resources after each session.
- Collect learner feedback, identify friction, and continuously improve the experience.
- Make sure no participant feels invisible, lost, or treated like a ticket.
The standard: at every touchpoint, learners should feel that someone is paying attention, cares, and is ready to help.
3. Teacher Enablement 🤝
Your job is to help teachers do their best work.
- Coordinate with teachers before every class and make sure they have everything they need.
- Review the session flow, materials, exercises, timing, and learner instructions in advance.
- Handle hosting, participant communication, technical issues, timing, and logistics so the teacher can focus fully on teaching.
- Monitor questions and learner reactions during class and surface the right signals at the right time.
- Support teachers with materials, assignments, follow-ups, and recurring learner questions.
- Notice what repeatedly slows teachers down and build better processes around it.
The standard: teachers should feel fully supported before, during, and after every session.
4. Scalable, AI-First Operations 🚀
“AI քեզ բան” works with hundreds and thousands of learners at once. The experience must stay personal and high-quality as we scale.
You will:
- Build clear workflows for class preparation, hosting, learner support, homework, feedback, and follow-up.
- Decide where AI agents and automation can improve speed and consistency, and where a human must be in the loop.
- Create reusable checklists, templates, response libraries, and quality standards.
- Track recurring questions and problems, find root causes, and prevent them from repeating.
- Use learner and teacher feedback to continuously improve the program.
- Coordinate closely with the wider team and step into whatever is needed to protect the learning experience.
The standard: scale should make the system smarter, not the experience colder.
Your First Mission
You will start by taking ownership of the full delivery flow:
- Map the learner journey — every touchpoint before, during, and after an AI քեզ բան class.
- Create the gold-standard class playbook — preparation, hosting, technical readiness, teacher support, learner communication, homework, feedback, and follow-up.
- Run and host the classes — bringing warmth, clarity, energy, and control to every live session.
- Build the support system for scale — defining where AI and automation help and where direct human care is essential.
- Close the gaps — identify what can go wrong for a learner or teacher and fix it before it becomes a pattern.
What We Need From You (Non-Negotiables)
🔑 Ownership — the #1 trait. You do not wait for instructions. You take full responsibility for the learning experience and everything connected to it. If something is unclear or broken, you find it and fix it.
🎯 Full focus. This is not an ordinary job and it cannot be a side gig. No other jobs, freelance projects, or ongoing involvements. Your energy, attention, and ideas go here, every day, fully.
🎙️ Confident, warm facilitation. You are comfortable hosting live online classes, speaking to large audiences, introducing teachers, guiding conversations, and keeping people engaged.
🤝 Care & servant leadership. You genuinely enjoy helping people. You respond quickly, patiently, and generously — especially when someone is confused or something goes wrong.
🧠 Operational excellence. You are organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to coordinate many moving parts without dropping the small things that shape the experience.
⚡ Calm under pressure. Live classes are live. You can think clearly, communicate calmly, and solve unexpected technical or operational problems in the moment.
💬 Clear communication. You write and speak Armenian fluently and professionally. You communicate complex instructions simply, warmly, and directly. Working English is a strong advantage.
💡 AI-First. You actively use AI tools, are excited by what they make possible, and want to build AI-native learning operations that can serve thousands without losing the human touch.
🌱 Fast learning & radical openness. You learn tools and processes quickly, ask for feedback, receive direct feedback without defensiveness, and improve fast.
🇦🇲 Mission belief. You are passionate about making Armenia AI-literate, strong, and flourishing through education, and you will carry that mission alongside your teammates.
